This notebook is intended to keep a record of the scientific process of my research projects. Posts will be oriented to keep notes on the decision to pursue a particular analysis and/or describe the code/protocol for the analysis itself. I hope that documenting my reasoning might help other people doing similar analyses and that it will allow a more transparent overview of my research for reproducibility purposes.
